program to ensure that
victims do not fall back into
their current situation
Counseling and mental
health support
To provide family services support programs to and for the benefit of the women, men and children who are victims of domestic violence in the Richmond and the surrounding areas thereof in the State of Virginia and shall be exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, literary educational within the meaning of the Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
